It's so nice to be back home in LA with friends and family.. I've been feeling a little homesick lately with all the traveling so this weekend I decided to take a break from it all and just enjoy the weekend before leaving again.. sometimes it's good to be in your comfort zone..
This past weekend, my girlfriend Shelby and I headed to The Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel for a little "staycation time". Sometimes you just need a little break from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles but don't always have enough time to hop on a plane for a quick getaway. So we found this little oasis nestled close to home in Beverly Hills. We we're treated to a weekend of amazing food, morning fitness classes, relaxing massages, an incredible behind the scenes tour of Rodeo Drive and (my favorite part) a rooftop movie underneath the stars...
If you're looking to hit the reset button for a few days then this is your new go-to.. Also if you're visiting from out of town, the Luxe Hotel is the one and only hotel located on the infamous Rodeo Drive. You couldn't ask for a better location in the heart of Beverly Hills.
Hey guys! I'm so excited to share with you all my new jewelry collection!
I designed this line with Stilnest to be simplistic, unique and meaningful while featuring certain facets of my personality which best represent who I am.
The Contrast collection is a reflection of my love for the mountains and the ocean and always trying to find the perfect balance between winter and summer!
I came, I saw and I conquered my first Coachella... and I may or may not have set the bar too high for the next one. I was a bit stressed before leaving for the festival.. between having to shoot and work most the weekend, choosing which events I had to attend, I barely had time to plan meeting up with friends let alone what I was going to wear that weekend.. So I kind of threw everything into my car and jetted out to the desert with my fingers crossed that everything would go smoothly. It ended up being a whirlwind of a weekend and to be honest I was only able to see two shows at Coachella but I wouldn't have it any other way. I was able to see and spend time with some of my closest friends, shoot with some amazing brands that I love and admire, watch my friend perform one of the best shows I've ever seen, spend 5hrs in Las Vegas, and meet some amazing new souls out there. All in all, it was one of the best weekends of my life and I will surely be heading back next year! XOXO
And the countdown to Coachella begins!! With 12 days to go, like most girls, I'm already lining up my outfits and getting everything prepared for 3 amazing days in the desert! Usually I'm back in Europe this time of year but work has kept me in LA for the next few weeks so I decided I couldn't miss out on Coachella this time... So here's a little preview of what I'll be wearing out there and I've put together some of my favorite pieces just incase you needed a little inspo. Hope to see you guys out there! XO
After being away for a few months, I think it's safe to say this past week in LA has been wonderfully hectic! Between meetings, shooting, filming and preparing for a few months on the road starting this coming Saturday, I found myself craming 10,000 things into just 10 days. Thank God my sister joined me as I don't think I would've made it without her here! Anywho, here's a few bts shots a was able to catch in between all the craziness! God, I love LA but I am so ready to jet off to Europe here shortly. ✈️
There's nothing better than watching the sunrise in Venice.. So I was thrilled when my friend and photographer, Torrey said he was game to wake up at 5:30am to do a little impromptu shoot! And what a magical morning shoot it was. Here's a few bts shots! 🌸🍭
Currently blushing.. Thank you so much Maxim for this article. I absolutely love being able to share my life and travels with you all! 2016 is going to be full of new and exciting adventures! Thank you for being on this journey with me.. And fasten your seat belts! ;)
I just found out I'll be in Europe for quite a stretch this year so I'm spending as much time in the snow as possible. And as excited as I am to be going back I can't deny that I'm a little torn having to leave winter behind. For the first time in 5 years, Tahoe is finally getting the snow it used to so until I leave I'll be here soaking up as much freshies as I possibly can! ❄️
Here's a little collage from my latest trip to Maui. It's no secret this place has become like a second home to me.. I can give you guys 10Million reasons why this place is so magical but the number one reason, to me, is the people. Maui is home to so many talented artists and designers and I feel so fortunate to have collaborated and become dear friends with many of them. My go to photographer, Frank Berthout, who is responsible for the majority of my images, is one of those people. He has an eye for photography like I've never seen.. And to be honest, when we first met (yeaarrrs ago) it was because I was really just a HUGE fan of his work. At that time he was only shooting underwater photography but when I noticed one of his photos (of a whale) in a coffee shop, I knew I had to get in touch with him.. So I reached out and we decided to do a test shoot. It was his first time shooting a model and my first time shooting underwater.. We were both completely out of our elements but decided to just wing it and we somehow created the most beautiful images. And since that day we've collaborated on numerous campaigns together and continue to do so.
Also, most of the jewelry you'll see me wearing is made by my very good friend and local designer, Olia. She draws her inspiration from the raw elements of the island and seamlessly mixes natural stones with black lava rock, wood, pyrite and sometimes even bone. No matter where I am in the world, I always make sure and bring a few of Olia's custom made pieces with me, that way I always carry a little bit of Maui and my friends with my everywhere I go..

It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas here in San Francisco! Having been born in the Bay Area, I've always felt a strong connection to this city, especially during the holiday season. I don't know what it is exactly that makes this "little city by the bay" so dear to me.. maybe it's the festiv decor that lines the streets and proudly hangs in shop windows or maybe it's simply the fact that SF is chilly a good 364 days out of the year.. and there's nothing that says "Christmas" quite like bundling up and braving the cold in search for a warm cup of coco or clam chowder. Either way, I always love coming here to get into the holiday spirit. Hope you enjoy today's look!
